One of the unique features of the house, besides the beauty of the structure, is the environment that surrounds it. The house is family-run. For us, those who decide to spend a few days at the estate are not clients but welcome guests, like friends.
Podere Casorbica is an ancient stone house with a garden dominated by roses, olive trees, and cypresses. Immersed in greenery, surrounded by the silence and scents of the countryside, you will find the swimming pool. The structure of the pool is set within the garden in such a way as to guarantee privacy for the guests of the house.
"Podere Casorbica" is a house located at the foot of the Cortona hill, in the heart of the Val di Chiana and fifteen minutes from Lake Trasimeno.

The house is a typical Tuscan house recently renovated, the structure remains open all year round and from October to June reservations are also accepted for weekends.
The house is located in a strategic position that allows you to enjoy the maximum tranquility that the countryside offers and at the same time the center is easily reachable even on foot.

Cortona is a small welcoming town in the Valdichiana, in the province of Arezzo. The town, enclosed by a city wall in which Etruscan and Roman sections are still visible today, was built on a hill that reaches about 600 meters in height.
It is a very picturesque village due to its typically medieval architecture, made up of ancient palaces, narrow cobbled alleys, small artisan shops and typical Tuscan trattorias.
The house is located near the most important cultural tourist destinations: in about 30 minutes by car you can reach Arezzo, Perugia, Siena, Val D'Orcia and Lake Trasimeno; in just over an hour you can get to Florence and in 2 hours to Rome.
